Our mission is to encourage a broken world and offer hope to overcome through Jesus Christ. We believe there is a longing within every individual to overcome the trials, pains, and difficulties of life. We believe that longing is answered and fulfilled in the person of Jesus Christ. With a vision to establish individuals to be overcomers in Christ, the family, and friends of Bethany Hamilton, a world-class professional surfer who lost her arm to a shark bite at the age of 13, formed the Beautifully Flawed Foundation, a 501(c)3 non-profit organization. Jesus said, “In the world you will have trouble. But take heart! I have overcome the world.” (John 16:33)
