Gateway Woods was founded in 1976, when our first two group homes were opened on a 50-acre campus near Fort Wayne, IN. Since that time, our ministries have steadily grown. Our programs include Residential Care, Foster Care, Adoption, School, Farms, LARC Initiative, and Professional Foster Care. Residential services are comprised of three programs: Open Residential, Teen Mom & Baby, and Drug & Alcohol Treatment.
