Cargile Advisory LLC was founded to provide advisory services primarily related to comprehensive planning for business development through mergers, acquisitions, divestitures including due diligence, valuation, contract negotiation and integration. Services also include divestiture planning requiring internal controls, financial reporting, independent audit support; and public company preparedness including Board of Directors’ governance, infrastructure, and training. Before founding Cargile Advisory, CEO Chuck Cargile spent more 25 years as an executive officer in public companies including almost 20 years as Chief Financial officer and four years as Chief Executive Officer. Since 2013, Chuck has also served on the Board of Directors of four public companies and carries an Advanced Corporate Director Certification from the American College of Corporate Directors. Chuck has served as Chairman of the Board, Lead Independent Director, and as Chairman of Audit Committee, Compensation Committee and Corporate Governance Committee. His assistance is grounded in real-world contribution forged by decades of experience.
