This is an eclectic business, with many elements, but all fueled by passion. I started the business after leaving a 34-year career with a major corporation, PepsiCo, the last two decades of which included world tours of public speaking, mentorship, teaching, ambassadorship, and advocacy for business as a force for good. We need to help the entire system evolve, starting from the way students are taught about business value, to the way companies express that value, and even how non-profit, academic, and government partners perceive that value. It's ultimately about putting people--humanity--back at the center of everything we do. When we do, the pay-offs are enormous!
