At SIZE Capital, we invest in promising SIZE companies and also look to acquire a select group of companies we believe have the potential to enter a new period of prosperity. The SIZE Capital investment team is led by Jeff Kendig. SIZE advisors contribute to the vetting process of investment opportunities; however, Jeff is solely focused on SIZE Capital and is responsible for the day-to-day portfolio management. SIZE Capital will also explore turnaround opportunities through our client and referral networks. In these scenarios we would aim to take a control stake in a company in need of a Re-Imagination or Turnaround and deploy the SIZE advisory team onto the company to create a desired outcome. We are focused on consumer, media and B2B services companies where we can best leverage our advisors to help drive tangible growth. We intend to pursue structures with a low purchase price, but with rollover equity from the prior owners and/or management team to better align economic incentives.
