Lone Med is essentially a private ambulance service without the ambulance. We provide paramedic services to private, public and business events around the UK including the film & TV industry, sports venues and music festivals. All Lone Med staff are HCPC registered paramedics with significant frontline NHS experience so production companies & event organisers can rest assured that everyone is in very safe hands. We can also provide specialist/advanced paramedics such as paramedic practitioners and critical care paramedics for added piece of mind. This may be particularly useful for patrons with special health care requirements or on film sets where stunt work is required. Lone Med paramedics only use small cars and not thirsty ambulances which has several important advantages: - Our running costs are lower which means that we can charge our clients less. - Small cars have much lower emissions than ambulances so our carbon footprint is smaller. - Our vehicles are tiny so they can fit into the smallest venues without taking up valuable space. Lone Med is committed to caring for our environment and as such we aim to have an all electric fleet within the next five years.
