In 2023, Eric Friedberg founded Next Tier Cybersecurity, a consultancy that helps Boards and C-Suites advance and oversee their cyber maturity and security. Assignments include cybersecurity assessments, cybersecurity roadmap reviews, independent advisory services to Boards, and cyber incident post-mortems. Next Tier helps clients better align their defenses with the anatomy of the most likely cyber threats; overcome structural issues that hold cyber programs back; set appropriate, measurable maturity targets; and create prioritized roadmaps with respect to governance, technology, skillsets, and processes.
