The Kentucky Associated General Contractors Self Insurers' Fund was founded in 1979 as an alternate provider of workers' compensation in the Commonwealth of Kentucky. Additionally, the Kentucky AGC/SIF provides out-of-state coverage for its members that work beyond the borders of Kentucky through its innovative Out-of-State/Cross-Borders Program. The Kentucky AGC/SIF is exclusively endorsed by the following Trade Associations: AGC of Kentucky AGC of Western Kentucky Builders Exchange of Kentucky Home Builders Association of Kentucky Kentucky Association of Highway Contractors Kentucky Association of Master Contractors Kentucky Crushed Stone Association The Fund has been managed by the third-party administrator firm of Ladegast & Heffner Claims Service, Inc. since 1986.
