The Charmm'd Foundation (Charmm’d) is a private nonprofit organization that provides leadership development to executive leaders of tax-exempt organizations. They provide executive leaders with knowledge, skills and professional networks to build themselves, their teams and the larger community. We do this through Peer Advisory Groups and Executive Coaching. Both services provide encouragement to "believe in the strength of the community for the answers are in the room." The diverse backgrounds of the Charmm'd team, provides significant experience in leadership, business, customer service, social work and emotional intelligence that truly sets them apart from other leadership and philanthropic organizations and makes them uniquely qualified to work with you.
