NRG is the study association for MSc Energy Science students and alumni at Utrecht University. NRG organizes a wide variation of activities, such as the master study introduction, excursions, lectures, company visits and study tours. A special activity is the Alumni event, where alumni and students meet each other, so that students can form an idea about their future career (opportunities). Furthermore NRG evaluates the Energy Science courses at Utrecht University and attends the educational commission from the Geoscience Faculty, in order to keep the educational quality at a high level. NRG provides networking possibilities with NRG drinks and communication of job vacancies and intern positions to students. NRG was founded to support the master Energy Science at Utrecht University, support the contact and cooperation between its members, alumni and Utrecht University as well as organisation linked to energy and sustainability.
