We are a nonprofit regional economic development organization that supports ten counties in NW Florida's Rural Area of Opportunity. This regional designation, by the Governor of Florida, allows for waivers of grant matching funds and other qualifiers so that job attraction and expansion attempts may be made to benefit companies in these smaller counties. We provide technical data support as well as marketing, training, education, and issues advocacy on behalf of our member counties, many of which do not have fully-staffed economic development organizations. Our staff has over 50 years of combined economic development experience to support our citizens, which comprise a strong reliable workforce committed to making a difference for you and your company.
