We are exclusive to the Colorado market and only specialize in aerospace and defense engineering placements. Our recruitment strategy is outbound only. When we run a requisition intake call, we determine where our customers want to find their talent and we focus our efforts on those companies and/or verticals. Referrals are also an important factor in finding engineering talent and we pay nicely for them. Lastly, we will not carry a requisition load of more than five allowing us to give our customers the attention they need.
