AMC now has served as a consultant for over 20 clients, acting in many cases as the Chief Program Development (CPD) facility and in some cases the Principal Implementation Vehicle (CPV). AMC chooses its clients carefully, but its resource and subject matter experts even more so. Our Consulting Teams consist of members specifically chosen for tasks identified by the Client. In doing so we are able to deliver specific and timely service to our Clients. As was indicated above, the principal Jeffrey Burton, will act as full time Project Manager coordinating all Consulting Team activities through-out the process, ensuring not only quality and customer service, but also continuity of product, as in many cases multiple cross-functional activities are required concurrently.
