ABOUT RS WORKS It started with the goal of helping people caught in a cycle of underemployment. We created high-tech, results-oriented, automated resume templates and job search materials for applicants who’ve historically faced barriers to landing higher-paying jobs: be it less access or experience. We knew that sharing these products and services with the right partners would change careers—and lives. From there, we grew from a resume tool with complementing cover letters, to include a robust library of resources, upcoming job training curriculum and career courses. We also expanded from working exclusively with nonprofits to universities and staffing agencies.
