Yoga 4 Change is a 501c3 with the mission to heal and empower veterans, incarcerated individuals, vulnerable youth, and those dealing with substance abuse through a purpose-driven yoga curriculum. Our organization partners with facilities which serve our student (end-user) in order to teach them new ways to deal with trauma by offering our proprietary curriculum while teaching yoga postures.
