Peter Poulakakos began his career in hospitality in 1998, following in the footsteps of his father, legendary Wall Street restaurateur Harry Poulakakos. He quickly amassed a portfolio of restaurants covering a diverse breadth of genres, including quick service patisseries and pizza shops, full service eateries, and nightlife and cocktail institutions like his most recent venture, BlackTail NYC - the best new bar in America (Tales of the Cocktail). All HPH operations are modern, unique, and value driven.
