Founded in 2002 by Peter Poulakakos & his business partner Paul Lamas, HPH has quickly emerged as one of the most transcendent forces in hospitality, real estate and entertainment. Since then, HPH Hospitality have created some of New York's most iconic and best-loved restaurants and bars and have contributed a significant chapter to New York's hospitality history. Peter Poulakakos began his career in hospitality in 1998, following in the footsteps of his father, legendary Wall Street restaurateur Harry Poulakakos. He quickly amassed a portfolio of restaurants covering a diverse breadth of genres, including quick service patisseries and pizza shops, full service eateries, and nightlife and cocktail institutions like his most recent venture, BlackTail NYC - the best new bar in America (Tales of the Cocktail). All HPH operations are modern, unique, and value driven.
