Chrisp Street Practice is a large, modern and very friendly practice located close to the market adjacent to East India Dock Road, in Chrisp Street, Poplar, Tower Hamlets. We serve the population living in the area around Chrisp Street Market and look after over 14,000 patients. We have thirteen permanent Doctors working here, and as a "Training Practice" we often have one or two Registrar Doctors on the staff completing their General Practice training. We train medical students from the Barts and the London Medical School. We have a large supporting team of nurse practitioners and prescribers, practice nurses, assistant practitioners and phlemotomists. We work very closely with our allied community nursing, psychology and health visiting teams, as well as visiting midwives. The practice offers the services of health advocates, interpreters, stop smoking advisor, benefits advisor, alcohol advisor and specialist nurses.
