Rasheed received his Master in Health Admin degree from Hofstra University with an undergraduate degree from Monroe College. After graduating from Monroe College, Rasheed joined the fortune 500 company Northwestern Mutual Life Insurance company where he represented a broad range of corporate clients. Following a successful career in insurance, Rasheed left the practice to follow two generations of family tradition. He initially joined an office in the Bronx and quickly established himself as one of the prominent realtors. After only 5 years in the business, Rasheed founded Drop Key Realty brokerage at the heart of Brooklyn.
