The Health Wagon serves patients through both mobile medical units and at stationary clinics. The areas served by St. Mary’s Health Wagon lie deep within the heart of Central Appalachia; more specifically, they are referred to as the Coalfields and consist of the counties of Dickenson, Buchanan, Lee, Russell, Scott, Wise, and the City of Norton. The Health Wagon is fully funded through charitable gifts, grants, and donations.
