We are more than a martial arts school that just teaches karate. We educate kids and adults to have a lifestyle full of health, fitness, low stress, The "i can attitude" and self protection. We also offer a Transported After School Program and summer camp (with field trips) so kids can have a "cool" place to hang out. We will be sharing articles, quotes, tips, and stories to motivate, educate, and inspire.
