Our products and services include: * IT Services Our IT work is hugely varied from designing and building systems for major mortgage lenders, creating back-office systems or supplying interim IT management. We work closely with our clients to provide a friendly and reliable service and create innovative solutions. * Arrears Management System We have built customised systems to manage the flow of pertinent customer data intelligently within the arrears process. Benefits of such integrations include two-way data transfer using user-defined allocation rules. Because of a centralised data flow, it enables clients to compare and contrast third party suppliers which supports TCF and encourages best practice through continuous evaluation. * Litigation System We provide the technology to connect Litigation Solicitors seamlessly to other parties in the arrears and repossessions process. Managed via a complex engine, we build and maintain data interfaces between instructing sources such as Mortgage lenders to their preferred Litigation Solicitors. * Nationwide Field Force Our independent, nationwide team of field agents is made up of predominately of surveyors and experienced business professionals. Each one is an accredited representative of TCG and can perform a range of tasks from basic occupancy verification visits to more in-depth evaluations of individual commercial loans.
