The office thoroughly screens all caregivers before they are eligible for referral to you. The screening includes a criminal background check, references, and a personal interview. We offer referrals of professional, screened, quality caregivers who can provide affordable in-home care in the Baton Rouge region. Griswold Home Care of Baton Rouge South is independently owned and operated by Hunter Dale. As Director of Operations, he is responsible for all day to day operations of the business and for referring caregivers who provide a high level of non-medical home care for clients. Hunter is excited about the opportunity to refer caregivers to provide families of southern Louisiana a service that will allow seniors, as well as adults with physical and mental disabilities, to maintain the dignity, independence, safety, and peace of mind that they deserve. We appreciate the fact that inviting someone into your home, or that of a loved one, requires trust, and we want clients to be confident that they are being referred caregivers who provide the same level of care that we would want for our own families. Because of this, we use an extensive 17 step screening process which screens out 95% of caregivers who seek to be listed on our registry. We can refer caregivers who are experienced in caring for seniors with Alzheimer’s and other forms of dementia, Parkinson’s disease, CHF, COPD, as well as many other conditions. We can also refer caregivers to adults in hospice. Our goal is to refer caregivers who enhance the quality of life for those who wish to continue living independently and we are dedicated to serving the families in our community.
