At Able Digital Wellness we are setting out to make deep and meaningful change, giving people with disability the opportunity to live longer, happier and healthier lives. Our Platform delivers curated exercise, nutrition and wellness content direct to individuals or to their support network. All content is created by Allied Health professionals and designed to get people to moving with the aim that they then meet required activity levels and begin to eat healthier. We do this through professionally designed exercise programming, diet advice and mental health content. Our programs are designed to assist: - Participants accessing the NDIS - Support Workers wanting to provide a better level of care to their clients - Disability Housing providers who genuinely want to provide better health outcomes for their residents. We work alongside professional organisations such as Griffith University, Hopkins Ctr for Research and the Menzies Health Institute to ensure that our content is not only designed to deliver real change, but so it can be researched to provide long term implementable outcomes.
