Andrzej Marian Świątkowski, in partnership with Daniel Książek, a long-standing legal counselling practitioner in the field of labour law and the Firm’s founder. In 2017, another top-class expert, prof. dr hab. Krzysztof W. Baran, an indisputable authority in collective labour law, joined our law firm. Most of the specialists on our team tend to combine their legal practice with academic work at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the Jagiellonian University in Cracow.
