Located in up-and-coming Troy, New York, Plumb Oyster Bar is a purveyor of fresh oysters, craft spirits and chef-driven cuisine. From our vibrant, newly-renovated space in the historic Plumb building, we serve locally-sourced ingredients and spirits, as well as fresh, delivered-daily oysters from the East and West coasts. Our kitchen is led by acclaimed Executive Chef Brandon Schatko, who was named Detroit’s Best Chef in 2016. Plumb Oyster Bar is owned and operated by Troy native, Heidi Knoblauch.
