Established in March of 2007, the Samaritan Multi-services Centered on Living (SMCL) Foundation & Associates, was formed to improved the quality of life for military veterans, those with disabilities and citizens with economic challenges in Southeastern Louisiana. With a home base in New Orleans, La, SMCL received the Louisiana State Charter as a 501(c)(3) non-profit in August of 2007.
