Viriya Consulting, LLC is a Section 3 business focused on assisting communities in need of recovery from unprecedented disasters nationwide. Viriya was founded in May 2017 with the vision of bringing a local presence and community passion to disaster recovery efforts. Viriya now provides the opportunity for driven community members to assist in their own local recovery efforts. Since its inception, Viriya has experience working with grantee leadership, sub-grantees, A/E firms, and community stakeholders throughout the life cycle of the recovery process. Viriya’s experienced consultants are now engaged with state, local, regional, and federal stakeholders across the country in the planning and administration of funding from a multitude of federal agencies and grant programs, including but not limited to; the United States Treasury Coronavirus Relief Fund (CRF), the Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), the United States Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD), the Department of Health and Human Services, the Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), and the Economic Development Administration (EDA). Viriya is on the frontline of reviewing applicant eligibility for FEMA PA, and CRF expenditures, and has been integral to processes and procedures to verify eligibility.
