Frymer Construction was founded in 2002 by David Frymer, a second-generation builder who got his start in the family business. David's father, Edward Frymer, started E. Frymer Construction in the 1970's and Frymer name is well known and respected in the greater Los Angeles area for construction of high quality multi-family housing. Frymer Construction is uniquely qualified to offer pre-construction services and analysis, value engineering, and project management contributing to an on-time, on budget project completion. With its specialized experience and the creativity of its staff, Frymer Construction is part of a team that is developing new designs for living space which meets the needs for affordable, comfortable, and environmentally sensitive and technologically advance construction projects. Frymer Construction has served the roles of Owner, operator, design builder, and general contractor for apartment projects throughout Southern California.
