Newgility wants to help companies transform to adaptive organizations to be able to survive in the ever faster changing economical and technological developments. Change of mindset, structure and governance is necessary to survive in this age of digitalization, competition, globalization, blockchain, cloud, robots, Artificial Intelligence, big data and start-ups. In parallel we see the agile movement expanding bottom-up from within IT.
