MTC works in probation, custody and consultancy to transform lives, build safer communities and break the cycle of reoffending. We work closely with our service users, because we believe everyone deserves the chance to turn their life around. Using our knowledge and experience, we develop and deliver tailored plans which reduce their risk of reoffending. We work collaboratively with partner organisations, and use innovative ways of working, to transform lives and build safer communities. In the UK, we own and operate the London and Thames Valley Community Rehabilitation Companies (CRCs), which supervise around 34,000 service users. Here, we deliver interventions to service users aged 18 and over to transform their lives and support them, to reduce their likelihood of reoffending. We also operate Rainsbrook Secure Training Centre (STC), a purpose-built residential facility for young people between the ages of 12 and 18. We provide education, emotional support and interventions to help young people successfully settle back into their communities.
