A new initiative for the development and the promotion of the Thessaloniki region as an innovation hub investor in South East Europe. An innovative and complex project that aims in the attraction of innovative companies from Greece and abroad, the capitalization of the existing dynamics in research and innovative entrepreneurship in Thessaloniki and organizing an environment conducive to further internal and external growth. Thessaloniki Innovation Zone is the only such venture in Southeast Europe, a state initiative aiming to accumulate a critical mass of companies that rely on new technologies and innovation in geographically defined areas (pockets/nuclei) in Thessaloniki.
