Aspire Executive Coaching, LLC, is dedicated to assisting C-level Executives, Business Owners, Business Leaders, Managers and Front Line Supervisors in reaching the summit of their leadership potential. By so doing, they are then able to successfully lead their direct reports, teams or departments. AEC utilizes the Birkman Method Assessment to identify weaknesses in business behavior. The assessment results are used as the foundation on which the coaching engagement is based. The coaching engagement is process driven and results oriented, but maintains fluidity in order to meet the individual's needs. Sessions are private and confidential, initially starting with 12 weeks, with each session lasting 1 to 1.5 hours in length. The engagement may include a pre-coaching interview, as well as visits to the workplace for observation of the environment and to view the individual in his natural surroundings.
