CIMA - Czech Institute for Marketing is a non-profit organization accredited by the Ministry of Education of the Czech Republic with the rights to issue a certificate of qualification after the completion of the training course according to the notice of the Ministry of Education, in marketing at three levels A, B and C. The main partner in this area was world-wide-known The Netherlands Institute of Marketing (NIMA) from which the system and know-how has been transferred including the copyrights to all course materials and other teaching aids and authorisation determining which training institutes in the Czech Republic can provide the marketing education courses as per NIMA/CIMA system. Main aims and mission of CIMA can be considered as follows: - to organize professional examinations for certifying qualification and skills of marketing experts - to provide professional organization and promote preparation of marketing experts by coordinating marketing education to support and develop the marketing theory and marketing practise, - to promote, encourage and broaden marketing knowledge, education and practical training to support businessmen and entrepreneurs in their effort to raise professional standards of their employees and - to provide further educational and training opportunities for all interested in marketing.
