Since 1936, in conjunction with our affiliate companies, we have specialized in the exterior restoration of buildings throughout the eastern half of the United States. Trisco Construction Services, LLC is committed to the repair, retrofit, and re-imaging of building facades that have incorporated the use of exterior insulation and finish systems (EIFS) such as those manufactured by Dryvit Corporation. One of the most important functions that we offer to a building owner is that we are their primary contact to facilitate their project. We work with the owner while performing as a team with designers, engineers, and multiple trade contractors. This benefit allows the owner to be directly involved with the project while we act as their construction manager.
