Willebrand Group AB, WGAB, was founded during the later part of the 1990s as a holding and management company. Its purpose was to gather the ownership for companies that Stefan Willebrand had either founded, lead, financed or managed. WGAB is currently acting as the main shareholder of several companies within financial technology, peer-to-peer lending together with a company within social trading and a public investment company.
