Buvermo Investments, Inc. is a commercial real estate investment corporation owned by two privately held Dutch investment firms. Since 1978, Buvermo has invested in Metropolitan Washington DC real estate, both development projects and stabilized ones including office buildings, apartments, condos, retail, hotel and mixed-use. Investments are also made in land to secure entitlements for development or for sale to third parties.
