The inspiration behind Querencia’s methodology comes from Dr. Kurt Hahn, a German Social Psychologist whose philosophy revolved around the importance of helping people discover their true capabilities by impelling them into experiences that would help them find their greater capabilities. The Querencia experience is about equipping and providing each individual with tools and guidance to deeply reflect on themselves, to make known and hone their strengths, and to embrace and accept their discoveries so that they in turn can make the world a better place.
