CFA Society Mississippi is an association of local investment professionals consisting of portfolio managers, security analysts, investment advisors, and other financial professionals. The CFA Society of Mississippi is a Member Society of CFA Institute. Our mission is to advance the investment and financial communities through education, professionalism, and ethics in our region. Our society exists to: - Provide a professional society and network that meets and interacts together on a regular basis, - Provide educational and informative programs relevant to our members that increase competence, - Foster a high standard of ethics in our local community of investment professionals, - Promote the achievement of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation by those in our industry and those intent on entering the investment management industry, and - Enhance awareness in our community of the Chartered Financial Analyst designation to promote the hiring and employing of charterholders in the Southeast region.
