We are two Glasgow based entrepreneurs, backed by a small group of investors looking to invest in lower to middle market companies within our target sectors. Most importantly, we are entrepreneurs with the required experience in business as well as knowledge in corporate finance to properly undertake acquisitions - from the science to the art. We look to build on the success of existing business owners by utilising group resources and infrastructure to maximise efficiencies and synergies - maximising growth and net revenues.
