Juniper is woman owned and women operated and the studio culture has been designed to welcome women from all backgrounds, cultures, education, experiences, and skill level (clients and assistants alike). Juniper is about flowers but more about people. Of course we set out to be bad ass at flowers and to use impeccable, reliable, (mostly) locally sourced product, but for us it’s about our clients, company culture, and perhaps most importantly our families. We work hard and love what we do.
