Over 5000 installations across the globe have helped Copar earn high customer confidence and satisfaction. In 1953, Copar opened its doors under the name Industrial Measurement and Controls. Initially we created test equipment for the jet engine bearing industry, but later moved into the steel and paper manufacturing industries. The company name changed to IMAC in 1955 and then finally to Copar Corporation in 1960. By 1972, we expanded internationally with the formation of Copar International. Copar services the United States and Canada directly from our home office located in Burbank, Illinois. Copar has trained service and support agents in many regions around the world including Mexico, South America, Africa, Europe, Israel and Egypt.
