Omnichannel Engagement – Our omnichannel engagement services use diagnostics that help companies understand what channels and content HCPs prefer, how they utilise and value that channel, and how this is changing over time. Outputs support the development of optimised engagement strategies, communication planning and help to shape a more personalised engagement approach for HCPs. Philosophy Interactions between pharmaceutical companies and HCPs are changing, or at least they should be. Products are more complex, HCP expectations are higher, access and time in call are precious. Defining the engagement strategy and mapping the journey from transactional to transformational HCP engagement are at the heart of The Performance Works capabilities.
