OTB is a unique Construction Social Enterprise which will provide the following : Community Development & Mentorship to Youth from Street-involved, Traumatized from Violence - Construction experience to marginalized young people - Providing Economic & Entrepreneurial opportunity to youth from our community - We utilize our profits to provide whole community with Monthly personal development events/workshops to encourage community personal growth, entrepreneurships and financial skills, Relationships -OTB will positively stimulate the construction industry with willing young apprentices that we have prepared through our program, for opportunities that come from connecting them to further opportunity beyond OTB
