Mosaic Medical is a non profit community health center organization that provides quality care for all regardless of life circumstances. Founded in 2002, we believe that the quality of healthcare should never depend on how much money is made, language spoken, or insurance status. We believe in quality care for all. Since the day we opened the doors of our first clinic in Prineville, we have continually invested in new facilities, expanded services, and recruited the very best providers and support staff to ensure that our patients are receiving top-notch care. Today we have primary care clinics in Bend, Redmond, Madras and Prineville, six School-Based Health Centers, and a Mobile Community Clinic. We operate as a home base for healthcare with an entire team caring for our patients. We are reaching beyond the boundaries of traditional medicine by bringing together multiple services within our clinic walls. Our patients benefit from a coordinated system that includes medical and dental care, behavioral health services, innovative pain management, nutrition services, pharmacy, substance use disorder services and more. The result is ultimately a healthier community.
