Backcountry Pulse is a philanthropic-oriented education company offering wilderness medicine certification training to outdoor and medical professionals, aspiring outdoor leaders and recreationalists from dynamic communities. we aim to break barriers to education and funnel entry and access through Project Elevate. All of our courses uniquely integrate tangible tools for rescuer mental health to utilize before, during and after a rescue. With our trauma informed evidence-based practices, we strive to promote longevity and resiliency for individuals and teams who work and recreate outdoors.
