Founded in December 2013,  YCF was started with the vision of empowering the youth by providing them volunteering and learning opportunities in the development sector The organization achieves the above by acting as a bridge between the hugely untapped creative talents of the present day youth and the vast social sector which desperately needs key resources and strategic thinkers The Foundation  primarily focuses on volunteering opportunities with NGOs, social enterprises & community based organizations. It is also in the process of exploring opportunities with corporate houses in theirCSR divisions and government agencies in different development projects. The foundation is supported by different educationists & school principals from India & abroad. These education leaders of the foundation come together, discuss, exchange learnings and co-create immersive learning programmes for our youth volunteers. Not only do they participate in designing but they also take it back to their own school in order to align with our bigger purpose of making teaching-learning process experiential and more meaningful.
