The NPO Opera Viva Foundation proposes to carry out hospital, social health and training assistance activities in favor of disadvantaged people, in compliance with Article 10 of Legislative Decree 4 December 1997, n. 460. As per ancillary way, it may carry out, directly or indirectly, biomedical research activities within the limits and in the forms permitted by law. Furthermore, the NPO Foundation can, directly or indirectly, carry out the management of social health structures such as, for example: hospital residential facilities, extended healthcare unit (ECU), diagnostic centers, specialist clinics, scientific institute for treatment and inpatient care (SITIC).
