Personal Training at CSF is an excellent option for someone who prefers a 1:1 coaching relationship as their primary form of training or for people with variable schedules including: athletes, executives, and stay-at-home moms. Youth Athletic Development and Sports Performance Training: The process of working with young athletes starts with the parents. Our first priority is to educate parents and address any concerns regarding fitness and sports performance training as it relates specifically to their child. We also address parental roles on how to give their young athlete maximum support at home. We start establishing a solid foundation of movement and coordination at age 9. Aside from playing multiple sports, this is the best way to reduce the likelihood of injuries occurring later in the athlete’s career. We strongly encourage all athletes to play multiple sports beginning at a young age. This develops all the components of athleticism, encourages learning, and greatly reduces the chances for burn-out and overuse injuries commonly found in athletes specializing in just one sport. Our sports training philosophy is simple: provide our athletes with the most effective, up-to-date education, injury reduction, training techniques, and coaching in a motivating and engaging training environment fostering unmatched results.
