Suparna Airlines (Yangtze River Airlines) was officially established in 2002, with 50.25 hundred million RMB as registered capital. Subordinated to HNA Group, it is an airline based in Shanghai and Shenzhen. On July 2015, Suparna Airlines seized the historic opportunity of China’s civil aviation reform, access to air passenger transport qualification. In the same year of December 15th, Suparna Airlines grandly sailed. On April 28th, 2017, the company name officially changed to the Suparna Airlines Co., LTD. Till June 2017, Suparna Airlines operates 22 airplanes in total, with 36 domestic air routes and 36 international air routes. As passenger transportation, Suparna Airlines strives to build with domestic and international airline network through the airbase of Shanghai and Shenzhen. As cargo transportation, Suparna Airlines establishes a worldwide service network, featured with important air place covering Shanghai, Shenzhen, Guangzhou, Taipei, Hongkong, Osaka, Munich, Amsterdam and Chicago.
