Nova Women In Business seeks to empower future female leaders by uniting them through business education and experience and globally promote women in the entrepreneurial world. The Club aims to help to its members' professional and personal development by organizing conferences, workshops, networking sessions, visits to companies, etc. The Club was founded by 7 female students and its first event was a debate on the dispute - or not - of leadership roles by women, with guest-speakers from McKinsey&Company, The Boston Consulting Group, EDP and CTT and a co-founder of Executiva.pt as moderator. We consist of a board and three departments: Marketing, Corporate Relations, and Community.
